So, how does this actually work?
Cura Studio was created to cut through the BS and noise with an affordable, fast, and genuinely useful way to move your planning forward, without committing to full-service planning. Here’s what you can expect, step-by-step.
Intake

Before you commit to anything, this is a chance to meet us and tell us where you’re at. Fill out a quick questionnaire or hop on a 15-minute virtual call, whatever works best for you.
From there, we’ll use what we learn to understand how we can best customize your plan. We’ll send you a recommended list of areas of focus and inclusions for your review and approval before we move forward. That way, your plan is tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Discovery Call

Once you sign off, we’ll spend an hour together on a virtual call. Think of it as a friendly, guided jam session. We’ll ask questions and do a few exercises to dig into your priorities, constraints, hopes, vibe, and questions or uncertainties you may have.
Don’t be intimidated! You don’t need to spend weeks preparing. Just come as you are, and we’ll uncover what we need together. By the end, folks often feel an immediate sense of relief and a renewed excitement about what’s ahead. Everything that’s been living rent free inside your head is now in our hands, and we can take it from here for a while.
Custom Plan

We’ll bring together what we’ve learned, researched, and recommended into a polished PDF with clear next steps. This often includes moodboards, venue research, vendor ideas, budgeting, and scheduling advice.
Designed for easy use (and most importantly, to keep your sanity top of mind) it can also be shared with future vendors like your florist, venue, planner, or day-of coordinator. Or, you can keep rockin’ the DIY way and use the document as a place to continue adding and updating information as you go!
