Building on the insights from the Discovery Report, we will develop detailed, actionable recommendations designed to elevate your short-term rental (STR) listing and overall marketing efforts. Depending on the scope of the engagement, these recommendations may be delivered on their own or integrated with broader Design and Hospitality strategies. Our focus typically includes optimizing your presence across the most effective platforms, enhancing your listing content, and implementing SEO best practices to improve visibility. Where appropriate, we may also suggest AI-driven tools for pricing and availability, along with strategies to strengthen guest communication and engagement.

Design & Hospitality Recommendations

Building on the insights from the Discovery Report, we will provide detailed, actionable recommendations to enhance the onsite guest experience at your short-term rental (STR). These recommendations may be delivered as a standalone package or integrated with broader Listing and Marketing strategies, depending on the scope of the engagement. Our approach typically includes visual and spatial planning through moodboards, floorplans, and object and furnishing research, aimed at creating a cohesive and welcoming environment. We also identify key opportunities for improvement, offering written summaries, wayfinding solutions, and streamlined check-in and check-out processes. To support planning and execution, we include preliminary budget estimates (ROMs) to guide next steps.
